In this 10-week class, we investigate how to integrate spiritual truth into our daily lives. We explore spiritual practices and principles and create an Individual Spiritual Enhancement Program tailored to individual needs. Class members participate in Power Group activities and experiences. Practitioners and other guest speakers provide expertise and inspiration.
