Discussion Groups

The Abraham Group

bookdiscussiongroupThis group is studying the writings of Abraham, channeled through Esther Hicks. The teachings emphasize that we are a Source energy extending Source through our creations allowing Source energy to manifest in the physical. In this group we have time for sharing and then studying the books written by Esther and Jerry Hicks. Meetings are held every Monday, 7:00 p.m. at the home of Margie Prefontaine.

Spiritual Discussion Group (Hawkins)

This Group meets every 1st and 3rd Tuesday from 7 – 9 pm at the home of Marje Prefontaine. The group is currently studying the words of Dr. David Hawkins, author of “Power vs Peace”. For details contact Margie Prefontaine.

Extended Families

One of the most “One der full” things about our Spiritual Community is really getting to know each other - to actually experience that close-knit Family feeling with other members of our CSL. Click here for more details or contact Lenore Reeve if you would like to join in the fun.

redhatladynewHigh Desert Red Hatters

This vibrant group meets once a month for lunch, dinner, attending plays, or other activities. It is open to anyone who would enjoy spending time with others in a warm, open atmosphere. Those over 50 wear purple with red hats; under age 50, wear lavender and pink; although the theme is "dis-organization" rather than rigidity. If you are interested in this group, contact Marje Larragoite.

Inclusivity Circle

Inclusivity Circle, an open meeting on 2nd Sundays at 11:30am, provides an opportunity for input & communication regarding our Center's affairs. Contact Lou Cimalore or e-mail your ideas/questions to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .

Lunch Bunch

GreenLunchThe Lunch Bunch meets each Sunday after the service. Sign the clipboard in the bookstore no later than 10 minutes after the end of the service if you want to go. This is a fun way to get to know each other better.

Outreach

Reaching out beyond our own Community, HDCSL supports many efforts to extend our love and assitance to projects throughout the Albuquerque area and beyond.  Recent examples include the Pennies for Peace program, which provides schools for children in India.  We encourage our members to bring these opportunities to our Community.  If you feel inspired by a particular cause or project, please contact Anie Gregg, Marie Roberts or Danielle LoPresti.
